Shipping & Return Policy
- All orders placed before 2PM (EST) Monday-Friday will be shipped out same day. All orders placed after this will be shipped out next day.
- We ship all our packages via USPS and standard shipping takes 2-4 business days.
- We offer 1-day and 2-day shipping for additional charges.
- As soon as your order is dropped off at USPS, they are now responsible for your package.
- We are not responsible for any delays with USPS shipping.
- We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or delivery, please contact USPS before contacting us. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to show and/or be updated before contacting us.

Policy & Requirements:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include any Dawn and Rae hangtags attached.
- Any return received with obvious use such as; smoke, pet hair, perfume, makeup, deodorant stains or other related stains will be refused and return to you and you are subject to a shipping charge.
- Anything purchased under our "SALE" tab cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. They are FINAL SALE!
- Jewelry, Intimates, Sunglasses and Active Wear are also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Any product offered at a discounted price or any discount we offer that is 30% off or more is FINAL SALE.
- We inspect each item carefully before we process your order, however, If you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, please email us with a photo within the NEXT business day at firstname.lastname@example.org. After that, it will not be accepted for a return or refund.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credits:
- You have 5 days to contact us and ship your order back for a full refund to your original form of payment from the date your order was received.
- Please email us at email@example.com to request a return shipping label. Once you receive the return label stop by your local postal service provided, ship it off and we'll take care of the rest!
- You have 7 days to contact us and ship your order back from the date your order is received to exchange or receive a store credit issued for the current price of the item, including current discounts.
- Wanting to exchange? Feel free to contact us with the item and size you would like to exchange and we will do our best to hold it for you but can't make any promises.
- If you are wanting to exchange an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange label.
- Once you receive the return label stop by your local postal service provided, ship it off and we'll take care of the rest!
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow us 1-2 business days for processing.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to show back up in your bank account.
PLEASE NOTE: After these two options, your order is officially a FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges allowed. No excuses, even if you were not at home, out of town..etc. We hope you understand that as a business we must strictly abide by these rules and cannot make an exception for anyone.
